I am a slacker...

I have not been keeping up with this KAL. Oh, the shame! However, I rented the Anne movie the other day (the first part) and remembered how utterly charming it was. When my daughter was small we read the book and watched the movie over and over again. When my girl got a bit older, she would read to me as I knitted. I suppose that knitting and reading have always gone together. Right now I am working on charity mittens and some (sewn) aprons for the granddaughters. It is a busy time.
